ฟังก์ชัน is_scalar() ใช้ check ว่า ตัวแปรเป็น integer, float, string, boolean
ตัวแปร scalar คือ ตัวแปรชนิด integer, float, string, boolean

ฟังก์ชัน is_scalar() จะ return ค่า TRUE ถ้าตัวแปรเป็น integer, float, string, boolean
